Steele Creek Church of Charlotte was planted in 1995 by pastor Kelvin Smith and a group of people passionate to see a church that welcomes everyone and is committed to being and making disciples. We are one church of many cultures that meets in multiple locations.
International flags are displayed in our lobby representing the home countries of people in our church family. The flags speak to an important part of who we are. Every person is embraced as a unique creation of God that brings culture and experience to strengthen us collectively.
Our weekend worship experiences glorify God by teaching the Bible in a verse by verse format that offers practical wisdom and hope for every soul! Our engaging and passionate worship style reflects the broad cultural diversity of our body. Parents will find friendly faces welcoming their children and youth into exciting experiences that teach about God’s love in a safe and age appropriate atmosphere.
